- Free shipping is available for all orders over $69.
- For orders under $69, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- USA & Canada: 5–18 business days
- UK & Western Europ: 5–15 business days
- Israel: 7–18 business days

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed.
Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
