Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

We ship to the United States. Additional destinations will be added in the future.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available for all orders over $125.
- For orders under $125, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA: 4–11 business days (including 1–3 days processing and 3–8 days shipping)

Tracking & Notifications

Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
