How can I track my order?

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@barkloyal.com or via the chat at the bottom of the site and we'll do our best to update your address. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States. Additional destinations will be added in the future.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Learn more under our full Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account at barkloyal.com/account, select the relevant order, and submit a return request. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days. Alternatively, you can email us at support@barkloyal.com with your order number and reason for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: grooming tools, opened consumables or treats, supplements, used or soiled pet apparel or gear, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable".

Do you offer installment payments?
Some cards may offer installments during checkout, depending on your card provider and country.
