At BarkLoyal, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Please do not send items back without approval, unauthorized returns may be refused.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, log in to your account at barkloyal.com/account, select the relevant order, and submit a return request. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns must be approved by our support team before sending an item back.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grooming tools
- Opened consumables or treats
- Supplements 
- Used or soiled pet apparel or gear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover shipping where applicable.

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions (and a prepaid label when applicable). Please ship the item back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds
- After the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition (missing parts, signs of use), a partial refund may apply.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. For a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return of the original item (if eligible).

International Orders
