Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Please do not send items back without approval, unauthorized returns may be refused.
Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
-Returns must be approved by our support team before sending an item back.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grooming tools
- Supplements
- Opened consumables or treats
- Used or soiled pet apparel or gear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover shipping where applicable.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us with your order number and the reason for return:

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions (and a prepaid label when applicable). Please ship the item back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds
- After the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition (missing parts, signs of use), a partial refund may apply.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. For a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return of the original item (if eligible).
International Orders
